亲爱的学生和家长们，
这周是我们上半学期的最后一周，您也将看到学生的成绩报告单。
我想分享一些关于如何阅读成绩报告单的信息。
首先，这不是正式的成绩单。
这份报告只是帮助老师和您检验学生到目前为止的学习情况，以此来帮助您的孩子通过在参与度、作业、测试等方面的努力来获得更大的成功。
正式的成绩单将在本学期结束发放。
本次成绩单中的分数为本学年所要学习课程分数。
一个学年中两个学期的成绩占一个学年总成绩的百分之八十。
学生学期的每门课都会有正式的期末考试，两个学期的期末考试占百分之二十。
这意味着您的孩子有很多提升成绩的机会。
需要注意的几点：

▲如果您的孩子的GPA低于2.0,或者是C，那么学生需要参加学校设置的辅导课程。
▲这些辅导课程在周二和周四开设，如果您的孩子在课后辅导班中成绩没有进步，将不能参加学校的课外活动，如俱乐部活动。
▲此外，部分同学需要英语阅读及理解方面的帮助，我们学校有专门的语言协调老师帮助这些学生一起提高英语语言能力并教授英语学习技巧。
▲我的办公室开放时间是每周二及每周三的下午3:00至4:00。我也将努力延长办公室开放时间。如果您想和我谈一谈可以随时和我或者通过班主任老师约时间。

IwanttosharesomevaluableinformationwithregardstothegradingprocessfortheschoolthatwillhelpyouasyoureadthroughthisProgressReport.
First,thisisNOTanofficialtranscriptorReportCard.
ThisisarecordforyouandforteacherstocheckinwithstudentsontheProgresssofar,sothatwecanworktowardsyourstudentgainingmoresuccessastheytransitionintoregularparticipation,homework,classwork,projects,quizzes,andtests.
TheOFFICIALReportCardisdistributedattheendofSemesterOne.
TheReportCardincludesthegradesofthisprogressreport,alongwiththegradesofthenextquarter.
TheseTWOquartersthenareworth80%ofthestudentsfinalSemesterGrade.
ThestudentswillallbetakingformalFinalExamsineachoftheirsubjects.
TheFinalExamisworth20%ofthestudentsfinalSemesterGrade.
Thismeansthereareplentyofopportunitiesforyourstudentstoworktowardsthemaximumsuccessandkeepimprovingtheirgrades.
Somethingsofnote:
▲IfyourstudentisachievingaGPAlowerthana2.0,orbelowaCinanysubjectclass,theywillberequiredtobegintutoringsessionsinthatsubject.
▲ThesewillbeofferedonTuesdaysandThursdaysandyourstudentwillnothavetheprivilegeofattendinganextra-curricularclubuntiltheyachieveahighergradeintheclass.
▲Additionally,therewillbesomestudentswhowehavenoticedthatneedextrahelpwithReadingandComprehensioninEnglish,wehaveaLiteracyCoordinatoratourcampusthatwillbeofferingmoresupportforthesestudentstoassisttheminworkingfastertowardsbetterEnglishskills.

项目简介：
美国巴斯图学校宁波合作办学校区创办于年，现有六个年级（7-12）近名学生。学校由宁波市镇海中学与美国密苏里州巴斯图学校合作创办，是浙江省第一所中外合作寄宿制普通高级中学。美国巴斯图学校宁波校区将美国高中课程和中国传统文化培育相结合，为学生提供了国际视野和民族文化并行的课程体验，是浙江省基础教育开放和合作交流的先行者。
